今日，iTeos Therapeutics公司在第一季度财报中宣布，2期临床试验GALAXIES Lung-201的中期分析显示，其在研抗TIGIT抗体疗法belrestotug与GSK公司开发的PD-1抑制剂dostarlimab联用，作为一线疗法治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）达到预定疗效标准，在所有剂量下均表现出具有临床意义的肿瘤缩小。

2021年，GSK与iTeos Therapeutics达成数额可高达20亿美元的研发合作，共同开发临床期抗TIGIT抗体belrestotug（EOS-448）。Belrestotug是一款具有多重作用机制的TIGIT抗体，可通过激活T细胞和自然杀伤细胞，清除具有免疫抑制作用的调节性T细胞（Treg）等方式增强抗癌免疫反应。

在GALAXIES Lung-201中，belrestotug与PD-1抑制剂dostarlimab联用，一线治疗肿瘤高度表达PD-L1的NSCLC患者。中期分析结果显示，与dostarlimab单药治疗相比，belrestotug/dostarlimab组合达到了具有临床意义的抗癌活性的疗效标准。同时，这一组合疗法表现出可接受的安全性。GSK将在今年6月分享这一项目的更新结果。iTeos Therapeutics将在今年晚些时候的医学会议上公布GALAXIES Lung-201的详细数据。

iTeos计划与GSK合作启动3期临床试验，评估这一组合疗法一线治疗NSCLC患者的效果。
